The Cottage Cheese’s dining experience is designed to create meaningful connections with the people and Indian food culture represented by every ingredient of our delicacies. The team in-shop continuously explores new ways to elevate experiences each day and you are invited to participate in our journey.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

Your reservation is not confirmed until you have completed the booking form and received a confirmation email.
Due to a limited number of tables, we insist that all reservations make it on time as we would need the tables for a subsequent seating.

BOOKING OF THE COTTAGE CHEESE (FOR PRIVATE EVENTS) :

For booking the restaurant for private events, please email info@thecottagecheese.ca
Confirmation of booking the restaurant is subject to availability and upon collecting an advance deposit which is decided by the management in line with the interested party.
The restaurant can accommodate a maximum of 40 guests seated comfortably.

ALLERGIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS :

Please notify us in advance if you have dietary allergies or intolerances - we can then advise you on the best course of action. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priority. With that said, our restaurant doesn't host an allergen or gluten-free environment. Menu items may be prepared using shared cooking equipment, allowing chances for cross-contact with allergens & other food ingredients. For these reasons, even when specially ordered, we are unable to guarantee that a menu item will be free of any allergen, despite taking every precaution to tend to specifications. Our facility also does not use Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) in any of the food item(s).

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE? :

Contact us directly at the restaurant on +1-647-368-8633 if you are running late.
Please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in The Cottage Cheese releasing the table due to time constraints.

CAKES :

You are welcome to bring your own celebration cake. However, please check with us in advance so we can try to allocate adequate storage in our fridge.
Please be advised that we cannot guarantee to have fridge space available for all the cakes.
We will also be charging a flat rate of $30 CAD before taxes as service and facilitation fees over and above your total bill for bringing in your own cake.
Please note, fireworks cannot be used in the restaurant due to the sensitivity of our Fire & Hazard Safety Norms and Precautions.

DECORATIONS :

We do not allow decorations on our tables as this will interrupt the dining experience.

CORKAGE :

We offer a carefully selected and curated non-alcoholic & alcoholic pairings to accompany our food menu.
In addition, we offer an a la carte selection of wines by the bottle. Our team is always happy to discuss your wine selection at the time you dine.
Naturally, you are welcome to bring your own alcohol. Please find the applicable corkage fees below:

Wine/Sake	750ml	$30 (per bottle)
Champagne & Sparklers	750ml	$45 (per bottle)
Hard Liquor	750ml	$60 (per bottle)

ANIMALS :

Animals/Pets are not accepted unless they are Federal / Service Dogs

PHYSICAL RESTRICTIONS & DISABILITIES :

We are located at 64 Oxford St, Toronto, ON M5T 1P1, Canada.
To enter, the restaurant is accessible for wheelchair users, but our washroom facilities can be tricky for wheelchair dependents to go to on their own. However, our staff will gladly assist you in manoeuvring through the restaurant to access the Washroom.

WORKING HOURS :

The Cottage Cheese is open from 12 noon to 10:30 p.m. The last seating will take place at 10:00 p.m. and the final order for food + beverages will be taken at 10:15 p.m. Seating the last customers(s)/group(s) will be a decision made at the management(s) discretion.
